Post Office -120 Victoria St. Built between 1901 - 1916. Designed by John Campbell - built with brick, Queen Anne and Baroque styles.
Now a art gallery and is part of Waikato Museum.


BNZ Bank - Corner of Hood & Victoria St. Built 1878. .......................Howden's Jewellers - 179 Victoria St. Built 1902
Designed by Edward Mahoney. Victorian neo-classical style.
Now a restaurant and bar.

Courthouse - Anglesea St. Built 1931. Designed by T J Mair. Renaissance style.


Water Tower / Tank - 18 Ruakiwi Rd. Built 1930. Steel and concrete.


Victoria Bridge - crossing the Waikato River (south end of the town) Built 1910. (replacing the first, made of wood in1883)
152 metres in length - with 104 metre arched span. The steel came from the Cleveland Bridge Company, England.


Band Rotunda - Built 1916. Designed by Vautier & Anderson.
Edwardian style - Cast iron and kauri construction.


Hockin House - Graham Park, Selwyn St. Built 1893. (Dr. Munro Hockin, Hospital Superintendent 1929 to 1939)


Grandstand - Claudelands Showgrounds, Heaphy Terrace. Built 1878. Designed by T H White.
Moved to it's present site from Gwynnlands Estate 1887.
