Born: Wakefield Street, Auckland, NZ.

Married: Ponsonby, Auckland, NZ.

Lived in Auckland c1919 -

Dunedin c1919 - 1925. 409 Anderson Bay Rd and 27 Helena Street, South.

Auckland 1925 - 1969 10 Douglas St. Ponsonby, Auckland. NZ

Sporting hero: Northern Wairoa Rugby 1888 - 1914. He was also a yachtsman and a runner.

He worked as a surveyor - an apprentice fitter (NZ Railways) then a foreman / manager. From 1938 and 1943 he was a liaison officer between the government and the war department.

Military Service: 2nd. Divison 1917. WW 1. N Z Reserve

Died at Lynton Private Hospital, Westmere, Auckland. Aged 92 years. Cause of death: Cerebral Thrombosis.

Both are at rest - Hillsborough Cemetery, Auckland,NZ.
